About Me

I'm a hands-on product leader and author. Over the years, I've helped build and modernize SaaS platforms across GovTech, healthcare, and General Motors — from early 0→1 concepts to global enterprise systems. I also wrote The Simple SaaS Playbook, Without the Jargon to share what I've learned without the buzzword circus.

I do my best work when I'm close to the problem. That usually means spending real time with users and stakeholders, working alongside designers and engineers, challenging assumptions, and drawing boxes and arrows until a complicated idea becomes something useful and buildable.

AI has become part of my everyday product toolkit, helping me research, prototype, test workflows, and move faster without outsourcing the thinking.

When I'm not thinking about products and roadmaps, you'll usually find me reading or tinkering with something new.

Led hands-on 0→1 product strategy for a greenfield, multi-tenant B2B2C SaaS platform in a regulated GovTech environment. Used AI as a hands-on discovery tool to accelerate analysis — helping process complex policy requirements, map end-to-end workflows, model role-based user behavior, and pressure-test workflow scenarios earlier and faster than traditional methods would allow. Translated these findings, NIST-aligned security controls, and WCAG accessibility requirements into configurable product flows, MVP scope, and engineering-ready specifications. Led vendor evaluation and PRD development in partnership with prospective technology partners, assessing platform fit against regulatory, architectural, and product requirements. Partnered directly with architecture and engineering to move the concept into active development.

In the second half of 2025, I stepped back from client work and finally wrote the book I had been putting off for years. The one I wished had existed at the start of my career.

SaaS can feel overwhelming. The acronyms, the buzzwords, the endless advice that sounds clever but doesn't actually help. Every founder and every team hits walls. What matters isn't perfection. It's learning, adapting, and trying again with a clearer sense of what you're doing. That's why I wrote this book.
